Hello, Be carefull with pandawil, It seems another chinese store specializing in gadgets and electronic, but if you have any problems immediately notice the difference: In my case I received a defective EKEN M001 and they refused to change and only accept repair (in any decent shop is not the same a defective product, they must to change it, that a damaged product in warranty, they must to repair it). After paying an expensive shipment to China and the subsequent wait, I received it back without repair and by ordinary mail (without tracking number).Now they say that by a mistake they sent the tablet to EKEN for repair the microphone (the problem was in the headphones jack) and they offer to pay half of new shipment to China.My advice, if you have the same product at a similar price on DealExtreme, FocalPrice, Mp4Nation or even Ebay, don't buy to Pandawill. If you have a problem, you will thank me. regardsP. D. In no way am I saying Pandawill is GREAT. But my experiences with them have been overall good. I have ordered between 20-40 tablets from them most with no problems. Yes I have had some broken screens and DOA devices but I have shipped them back, at my expense, and been credited my purchase back. They try to offer a store credit not to lose the sale, but stay on them and they will refund your purchase. I am currently looking for another supplier with better margin but Pandawill did ship on time and allowed me to return items. I would give them a 7 out of 10.Geek

this topic got me much words to say, as recently their guys gave me a good impression and even a little moving when Panda sale girl tell me they can help me repair my broken tablet which i got from other store. i like their girls, very high speed help me out.

Pandawill has good prices and ships packages in a timely manner, but when you need support the only way to get an answer is by filing a Paypal claim. Both purchases that I made from them had problems, the EKEN M002 (which I don't think is a real Eken) had a cracking noise from the internal speaker and they wanted me to send it back, the second tablet LY-777 was missing the TV out cable and came with a lower voltage charger, battery charging stopped at 80%, they offered me a 10% discount in both cases and I ended up dumping both in eBay. Even with the 10% off I lost money in both cases and I don't recommend them or any other of those places selling cheap/fake tablets, is not really worth it, even if you have to pay a bit more just buy from local or US retailer in case something goes wrong.
im also having a bad experience with panda will i bought a tablet from them onthe 28 of december still hasnt been sent says in my order page as still processing its been over 20 days and their customer service lie to you telling me that they have sent my tablet then another says they are out of stock and have to wait till the 17th of january for the new shipment its pass the 17 if i dont get anything by the 31st of december im opening a paypal investigation fuk em there not gonna rip me off fukin dumb twits i would reccommend goin to memobiles and buyin the tablet from them
i also read their forums nearly every tablet they sell there are 1 or 2 people complaining about products not workin properly
dont buy from there i am now that little voice in your head sayin pandawill are rips offs and liars and can wait to get your money and send you worthless crap

Sigh...it is sad that all those online stores do not have hubs in the US, Europe, Australia from where they can ship their products and employ customer service / technical support / and return.
It is hard for the buyer to deal with the product on its own, but who knows, maybe in China this is how the customer is used to deal with.
I personally use Amazon and Google stores as they can shield me from unpleasant deals with the manufacturers/sellers... even so, with respect to my Apad8 purchase, I took the risk and I am dealing with issues on my own. Customer Service for these items is non-existent.
I found online a PDF extensive manual the "AndroidUsersGuide" about the operating system and applications (I could attach it on this forum for everyone to use but I do not know how), but there is NOTHING about the actual device/hardware but only "going by the ear".
I do not blame pandawill or any other online store: they just sell the items, they can't know more than that.

Another Pandawill unhappy customer. Ordered touch screen replacement on 09/01/2011. They sent me tracking info from somebody else. On top of it package is delivered in state of Texas today, 1000+ miles away from where I live and pandawill still claims they did OK, USPS made mistake. Paypal claim opened as of this morning. STAY AWAY
Just a question.......Is it a bad thing to buy tabs and then resell them?????

Good lord, looks I will be staying away from Pandawill now...
I don't recomend PW to buy. They have good prices, good atention (before you buy) but NO WARRANTY. I have problems with an Eken M002, when I asked them for warranty procedure they said me:

Well, here is what I learned from another forum,
Good info for guys who want to buy tablets from Pandawill. Well, I've tried to do biz with Pandawill, and I felt that their service were great, while compared with another site I met, but I didn't get it done with Pandawill cuz they can't provide me with iPhone 4S. Darn.. I just bought a Novo 7 basic from Pandawill on Dec 6th... Hope everything goes smoothly and I get my product in reasonable tim and not broken!
