My m003?

So today i went to pick up my m003. I dont think its a legit eken. Emblem is not on the back but surprisingly it seemed to have 1.9 already on it. No youtube apps play thow. I just get the this video isnt supported error. I hop the firmwares still work for it.

I have the exact tablet pictured. It is running the 1.6 and has the same specs pictured. I was wondering though, the market appears to be a chinese market. Nothing there is in english and it doesn't have any of the apps i've downloaded on my android phone. Can I put a new OS on there and if so how?
