Hi people,
i want to connect my EKEN M002 to my laptop and to be able to run my applications on it.
To do this, i have to make my laptop see it as an android device.
But:
When i connect it via USB my laptop sees 2 mass storage devices (Linux file-stor Gadget USB Device)
I have tried to manually uninstall the mass storage drivers and install the Google usb drivers but no luck!

What do i do wrong?

Hey,

I think that his is because connecting the M002 via usb is just for mass storage and nothing else. It is not a host usb. What are you trying to do exactly?

I am new in android development and i would like to be able to execute and debug my programs from eclipse, directly on the EKEN. I try to learn by doing.
I am trying to avoid the emulator for now since it is quite slow.
I have an ethernet connection and no wireless. Tried to make an ad-hoc network without any success so, i am stuck...

And if, as you said, connecting via USB is for mass storage, why other people report that their device is recognized as an Android Device?

Again replying to myself

I gave up!
There is no, publicly known, way to connect the EKEN with the pc as an android device.

So, i purchased a wireless router and i'm getting my job done through that.

Thanks.
