recently purchased MID 7" WonderMedia WM8650 on the ebay and still can't get an idea how to backup its existing (factory) firmware (ROM) BEFORE its further usage and installing misc.software - just to make sure I can always and at any time get back to its initial state (the factory ROM) once something is made wrong.
I've looked through many forums and blogs and everywhere they write how to change ROM to "something else", but my target is how to save the existing ROM at least to SD card and then perhaps to HDD of the main PC for further keeping as a backup? is there any appropriate software?
