Anyone change the memory chip to 256 from 128.If they did, I would like to know what they did and how they did it. I think for the small cost of a new memory chip, the machine should be much more responsive.

It's a BGA memory chip... Even if you have the memory module, its gonna require a solder station.I second the try to make it have more RAM.

I can't find a datasheet for that part, but the reference board for this SoC used a NT5TU32M16AG-37B chip. That would probably work.
