My Gnome (1.6 / 1.7.4 unmodified, no Market) has always done that. It wakes up with the message "SD card unexpectedly removed" followed by "Preparing SD card"...........go figure!

Log-files report unmountig sd cart due hibernation. So on wakeup system mount it as if was inserted.HowTo prevent wakeup from hibernation:I just put "Power settins" widget n home and disable "background sync" before hibernations (actually i disable it until market needed) - this is a middle button on widget (wheel with arrows inside it). Left button is WiFi and right is brightnessBut you have to enable it before using Merket and GMail and etc (applications will crush wit message about background somesing)

Understood, I'll give that a try (I wondered what that button was for!
