do you have links? most people have no idea what the real specs are, so the 256 is probably made up.
M001 with 256mb ram
I saw you can find some m001 with 256mb, do you believe it's good to pay 15$ more for that kind of device?

that's why I asked them twice about the ram, but they told that they've done a copy/paste for that. I'm still concerned about that because I'm worried they're lying. :|
Maybe they will give you a 128mb SD that addTher is no such thing 256 mb RAM!
