Use ghost commander for edit the file.

First of all, you have to be sure the kernel assigned the right device. Just issue dmesg after insering the dongle, and watch for the correct /dev/ttyUSBx.. If not,then sorry, your kernel does'nt support it. If yes, you have to edit the file according to your ISP needings. (User, password, phone number and so on....)
