Good catch -- yes, it sounds like they are making some changes. Hopefully that means a new f/w is coming.

No issue downloading the updating program for me. Are you getting this when you try to download it or run it?Just ran the upgrade program and it started downloading the 7-18 software with no issue.

Getting the same errors when I click on the firmware update link (option 2).

everything back to normal today.. 7-18 fw back up.. false alarm..
