Android 2.1 supports multitouch as I know. Capacitive screen is great! I'm also thinking of buying that)
holy sh.it - it would be great if its really a capacitive screen... but i am a little bit sceptical
Someone is yanking your chain, it is resistive. you can have multitouch with resistive also. Capacitive screen would almost double the price due to manufacturing.
I second Jmmyt's post. The screen is very probably resistive and the android 2.1 touchscreen driver is capable to 'emulate' multitouch. You can find videos on youtube.
Asked this seller - is' resistive. And not this seller does not ship to my country.....Too many questions asked?))))

Does 3D Well non GPU accelerated 3D has no license fee from what I have read. Full Code for using GPU for 3D Is NOT in current Android builds. It could be but is not for cost reasons.
Android support is a feature of our commercially licensed Mali Linux DDK. The Linux Device Driver and UMP kernel modules which are distributed here on the Mali Developer Portal can be used in Android environments, but by themselves are not a full driver stack.
