Its not the chip that was wrong it that its saying Android 1.6, the apad using the Rockchip is only on Android 1.5.
hi are you in the uk , the pc shop near me sells them , i bought one 150 quid though , but at least I can return it with no hassle if it breaks

Android 1.6 + the dongle in the picture... yes, i think it is a VIA8505 pad.
More than likely an Eken M002, still cheap considering!
