Just wondering what is your opinon on the Intellectual Property Rights issue which invariably come up, like what happend to Augen:- While Android OS itself is open-source, are other IP tied around Android OS (like the green robot image) open source too? Also there are trademark (eg iRobot is already taken) issues with shanzai tablets.- Google Mobile Application Suite requires licensing, if China factories don't can companies OEM'ing obtain rights individually? Gut check is that's exteremely difficult, unless people band together and lobby Google representing the tablet community.- App distribution model. Android allows off-grid install, but do individual app author own distribution rights, or distribution falls under some open-source provision?
