Yes, it came with that firmware. Someone else had one with a 2012-12-17 firmware. There was also a 2012-12-03 firmware made available by a Pandawill rep that was never officially released.Icoo's website shows latest firmware is from Nov 20, 2012 for D70 PRO II. Did your tablet come with newer firmware? I wonder why they have not added it to their site.
Yes, the "Screen Filter" app. Its really simple to use. Here's the link:i have display brightness at minimum , but i think it is still very bright for my preferences.
Is there a way to decrease it more ?

It's not a rom dump...it's a nandroid backup...why would it have a loader.img? He made the backup when he first put CWM on the tablet...last I recall he installed generick or darkwater next.Is there any way for vis to dump the loader from 1220 ROM? His 1220 package has no loader.img in it.
Am I blind? where is 1220 on official site?Got mine d70proii a few days ago, immediately fell in love. Stock ROM, 20121220, 4.1.1, fast and snappy. some info about rooting and other stuffs,

custom ROM, http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/39750-romgenerickmod-jb41cwmzip-for-pipo-u1max-m11/
Flashed cwm 22.214.171.124 for d10 dc and got into a bootloop, reflash with another copy of 126.96.36.199 got it out, and upped to 188.8.131.52 now. Battery charged to 100%, lasted > 2 hr with 50% left.
Question: How do you use your ROMdump? Can it be made into a flashable package of recovery of some sort to get one out of trouble? Of course, by now, I can make my nandroid backup after I installed CWM.
