Hmm I am sad to see them going this direction . the need to bring back the forum and allow the customers to vent and help each other. it seems silly sell a product and not offer some support for it . At this point in time we would warn new members from buying from FC until some changes are made

Now the link is back up, but doesn't go into the forum. It says "Flat Computing is making some changes to better support you as a customer. In part we have made a major change in our web site.
