I have tried several Volume control apps, but can't figure out how to adjust the volume when I am in an app. Is there a task switcher that will allow me to get to a volume control without exiting an app like Pandora? Thanks, kev

OK, thanks. I have asked about the notification bar & not received an answer. What is it's functionality? How do I use it? Yep, Pandora will run in the background. Doesn't look like NPR News does though. Is there a Launcher that keeps a home or shortcut tab accessible when in an app? Like the PD launcher?

You could add one of the Notification programs that lets you move to another program like bar control. Then use it to make a shortcut to settings and change the volume there.
