Hi,I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my apad,I hold the menu key and it successfully transfers the device drivers and windows xp identifies the device.When I click on the RKAndroid.exe launcher, it still shows "No device found"Does anyone know how to get past this?

Changing USB cables and using a different USB port didn't work as well.So I used my other notebook PC running newer version XP Home and with USB2.0 port. That worked and within minutes, the firmware was upgraded.
