Hi there,

I am a chinese guy living and working in Hong Kong. It is easier for me to access Hyundai web page. I created a link fo this 2013-05-30 firmware. Please enjoy!

For the GPS problem -
1/ please obtain root access on your T10 by Exynos Abuse first.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2050297

2/ install faster GPS
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.fastergps

3/ Select your current location in faster GPS

It works for my T10. I hope that solution would be helpful for other people too.

BTW, I am experiencing problem on movie streaming from my NAS. If anyone who has good solution, please share to us.

With kind regards,
Lam

At the product specification page, they said "To be upgrade to 4.2.2" only. Tried to search this again from a China popular search engine but nothing was found.

In my opinion, their engineering resource are limited. Previously, they released 4.2.2 upgrade one by one, in order from old to new, T7 done -> T7S done -> next ?? That's why I guess T10 - 4.2.2 is highly likely to be release soon.

Hello slatedroid people as you can see by my handle, I own one of these things. I am interested in removing the factory Chinese bloat ware and streamline a little. Is it worth the effort to root then reflash the rom, or rom first, then root device?

Thanks advance for help offered. Cheers!

Hello
After reflashing new firmware for T10 Chinese things come back, if you have custom ROM free of Chinese apps you lucky man, but in this case reflash first then root(ExynosAbuse) and feel free to remove unwanted apps.

Salut
Recently(18.07.2013) Hyundai Digital released Android 4.2.2 software for Hyundai X900, so hopefully T10 should be next, fingers crossed.

I don't know if it was my fault, device, or the image, but after restart my T10 display looks garbled. Reseting just makes black screen.
Try to push "reset" & "Vol -" & "power" all together with a good firmware in your micro SD card.

This is for your reference. The official 4.2.2 release date from Hyundai China website is 2nd Aug 2013 (yesterday) and it works well on my T10.

Fingers crossed.

The rom published 02.08.2013 but look date of rom it is written 31.07.2013. If your rom date 02.08.2013 can you upload the rom. (Because I could not download from China website.)

Solved. Its looks like my T10 unable to finish the update because of sudden drop of battery power, strange indeed. I connect the charger the t10, and logo show up.
Disconnect the charger and reset, is blank again.
While charging, updating process is success.

Thank you Kslam, I use the rom file directly from your Hyundai Digital link.

My experience with this rom not good. Under eighty percent battery status, in sleep mode, the display never wakeup. Even after reset. To solve this, I must reset while charging.
Firewall also doesn't work because the iptable problem.

In the other hand, rooting is easy with "Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v31"

After several time failed to install, finally my tablet can be upgraded to this jelly rom.
However, it's just weird because sometimes it's okay other and other time it just stucks in T10 logo (while boot up).
So, than i've got to reinstalled.

I think, may be this version it's not mature yet, so reverting back to previous ICS version.
I still haven't figured it out whether the problem is in the rom or my tablet (hardware problem).
