How to get Arabic on M001, M003 and Flytouch

hi,is there any one who can help me to get Arabic Language on M001 Version 1.7.4, M003 V 1.7.4 and Flytouch V1.7.3, any help or suggestion would be much appreciated, i have been looking to get the Arabic for weeks now without any success, i hope some one here with knowledge could help me.thanks.
