that don't look like an epad if led is missing the buttons configuration will also be different so flytouch rom will not work so should say a new epad as seems ti be via processor which firmware are you trying and which one come on the pad

if its a m7003 firmware are available for it just have to look around the forums i am really sure i have seen factory default firmware some where around the forums
