I have been having lots of funs testing the various firmware for my M001 but I am wondering how many times can I flash the ROM before it becomes damaged? Thanks in advance.
Most Flash based memory now days it rated for 30,000 cycles. That is continuous cycles till a memory cell is permanently damaged. So, in theory, according to the maths that the memory chip makes use, about 5 YEARS of use writing to the Flash before you get break downs of monumental collapse. I think you should have very little problem with lots of firmware flashing.
