I have a ROM on my apad, and I want to extract it and put it on another device.Is that possible?

A rom or an application? application is possible either using ADB or something like astro file manager (using the app manager facility). Extracting the rom can apparently be done using adb by simply copying the /system directory. As for putting a rom of the system onto another device...it depends what the other device is!
