How do I download an app using my desktop from sites that don't show a download button only a QR code.I would like to put Adobe reader on my M001 but dont know how.

How do I download an app using my desktop from sites that don't show a download button only a QR code.I would like to put Adobe reader on my M001 but dont know how.

The Adobe Reader dosn't work on Android 1.6 devices (or at least not on the Eken ones)Other applications can be loaded from different sites or from an Android phones when it is rooted.Put the APK onto the SD-Card browse to it with an android filebrowser and tap on it. the install application dialog will popup.

Thank you Zerodime but my problem is that the Android sites that I have visited dont seem to have a download button only a QR code.How do I get them to download the *.apk to my desktop. I understand how to get the app from there to my Eken.

You need a different site like our Forum Appsor other sides which allow you to download apps. Look around the forum to see some links.
