Yes, the charger is working.I opened the device up and at the battery connector I am getting 7.6V
Help with charger/charging.
Hello, My Eken came in the mail today....yaaay! When I first plugged it in it charged for about 20 minutes and then it stopped when I plugged in the USB. It won't charge at all now. Any suggestions?

Alright, I disassembled the charger, I got 2.9-4.8V(it fluctuated rapidly) from the output and 11.3V on the input.I think you may have been correct in saying it's the charger.Does anyone know where I could get another charger?Thanks for the Help.
I ended up purchasing a universal charger off of Amazon.com that works awesome.
