It depends on what you mean. These are all Wi-Fi only tablets. They are not phones. They should all "tether" with any phone that offers Wi-Fi tethering - such as an Android phone, a MyFi hotspot, or the MyWi app on a jailbroken iPhone. You can tether the pad by connecting to the phone's Wi-Fi signal - but you can't use the pad to connect another device to the internet.
