hello - and what a struggle

wrestling through the internal server errors! hope that can be sorted soonanyway, hello, just got a new Eken M001 and recommended to try here for assistance in various aspects... which will be an interesting learning curve for me!I'm in the north of England and unfamiliar with most of the terms you all seem to use, so will be asking lots of questions along the lines of "what does that term mean in plain english" i expect!
