hello and a question

I am brand new here, so if I am breaking some sort of taboo please let me know. I have a question and since it applies to most of the devices being discussed I thought this would be a good place to put it. My question is basically, Which of the many devices discussed here gives the "most bang for the buck" so to speak? Which device gives the most power for the lowest price. I know the specs on each of them but am interested to see what others think. I am not afraid of tinkering, in fact, that is why I am here. I am interested in getting a tablet to toy with and see what I can make it do and wanted to know which one provides the most power for the lowest price.

I'm going to have to say the Wits A81-E (Nationite MIDnite). It's $200 and is the only tablet so far with a Cortex A8 processor (same one as in the Motorola Droid), Android 2.2 (again, the only tablet to have this) and a brilliant responsive touchscreen.Only downside is that the screen is only 7". Other than that it's quite easily the best tablet around.
