Hi! I have problems with my Eken M001. The SD card wasn't recognized on device and I reset "Factory settings", now I can't use the device because the touch screen is not calibrated (or configured, I don't know), I was checking other threads with similar problems and they have solved updating firmware, but I tried to follow the steps and it doesn't work. Device doesn't recognize the SD card and consequently don't update the firmware, so could I update firmware without SD Card? or Does anybody know to solve this?
