Hi, i hope this is in the right section, but i think 'disaster' may slightly overstate the problem.
Anyway i just got my novo7 advanced and used it for a day with out a single frustrating moment. Today i upgraded to ICS 4.0
and am having a strange problem. The screen displays fuzz and jagged lines similar to when a laptop gfx burns out.

this happens ONLY when i turn from landscape to portrait or vise versa, and displays the fuzz for only a moment, 3secs max, then the screen flip animation continues.

I also istalled the market update script.
It runs games and things normally.

anyone else seen this before? picture of what i mean below:

Thanks for any help you can give

PS i also noticed that hardware info detects only 323MB of RAM, not the quoted 512Mb. Is this normal? Is the rest of it used my the GPU?

this is normal. as mentioned with earlier ICS releases the mali-400 GPU Driver had errors and the Driver within the ROM on the earlier releases was never looked into/Fixed thus' that's why that glitch when you rotate is there

i recommend going to my thread to get the latest ROM and the Script based ROM as well
