Hi dude There are a few app stores (that isn't Google Market) available, but they lack alot of decent apps. One option is to look for .apk packages or the app .apk themselves over Google, download them on your computer and put it on a MicroSD card, and then run the .apk from the tablet, thats how I installed most of my apps.
It only takes MicroSD cards. I don't think there is a limit, but cards like 16gb+ are expensive. I just clicked on the .apk and they installed by themselves. Some are Android 2.0+ only but those will tell you when you attempt to restore.
