gameloft games work?
to me the following work:

asphalt 5
assassins creed
hunter dungeon
gangstar
hawx
hero of sparta
lets golf
sandstorm
modern combat 2
nova
uno
fishing kings
real football 2010
gt racing academy
uno

do not work:
spiderman
lets golf 2
avatar
ganstar miami vindication
brothers in arms 2
splinter cell
shrek kart
real football 2011

I've also noticed that after the last firmware update some games that used to go right now is slow, as nova and gangstar ...
others such as worms, need for speed shift,reckless racing or quake 3 work great

I have six-guns running perfectly on my c8. I have chainfire 3d installed with nvidia plugin running.
In order to correct the upside down problem

Settings --> Advanced Settings --> Gravity Sensor Mode (Toggle)

That should correct the white screen crashes.

(PS: I did not have FC at all only white screen crashes as vsk said)
