I remember this can be fixed without rooting, but dont remember the name of the tool, it was there in playstore.
Faster GPS Fix?
I have a Nexus 7 2013 32GB.
Is there any way to shorten the time taken for a GPS fix, without rooting it? I don't care if the initial fix is quite inaccurate, as long as I can kick off other apps while it homes in.
The tablet is generally working well at the moment, and I have a lot of apps loaded, so I don't *really* want to root it unless absolutely necessary.
Any suggestions gratefully received. TIA.
