YouTube.apk from the HTC EVO 4G works great on the Augen GenTouch78. You can download it from here.I downloaded it directly to my GT78 from the browser and installed it without a problem. you can tell the EVO youtube app is installed because you'll get an HQ button in the bottom right hand corner.

Yes copy them onto sdcard then Tap on the .apk in file manager will launch the installerI used dolphin browser and was able to d/l app with the gentouch. Installs and runs fine.

Another app i installed was swype. i didn't care for the stock keyboard. the buttons are too small without calibrating of the touchscreen. if you want swype you can download it from here. works great.
