well, i have had a bad dealing with everbuying.com I had recently (more than a fortnight ago) ordered a m12 android 2.3 tablet from them. I paid nearly 320 dollars for this. After the first few emails i got from them stating its not in their stock (when in the website while ordering it clearly mentions that it is available in stock), i have stopped receiving notes from them inspite of repeated follow-ups!!!

I have taken this up with the Paypal resolution center against these people.

This was my first time buying an android tablet and its been a very miserable one, as my money is as good as gone. Do not buy from these frauds, they are cheats in every sense of the word. but i will fight this to the end.

if you used paypal you should get all your money back , they have to provide proof that they shipped the item.

that's terrible, but just as MP4 said, if you used paypal you should get all your money back. i'd prefer Paypal, always!
