Hi I'm having the same problem viewing videos (sorry this video cannot be played). What type of files does the ePad play? or how do I get it to play videos?

Hey try xilisoft HD video converter. Convert to blackberry MPEG4. Highest resolution I got to play is 480 by 320 MPEG4. Hope this helps. Make sure the memory card is formatted FAT.
