when trying to transfer files to device, it just hangs...no response, cant click anywhere in droid explorer. When I start task manager, it says its running not "Not responding" Is this normal? Does it take a LONG time to transfer very small .conf files to the device thru DX?

anyone? This is keeping me from getting adhoc tethering to work and thats the only reason I bought these devices.

I haven't gotten droid explorer to work transferring files either, it hangs whenever I try.
