I ordered an Zt180 with Enso. It is about $30 more than most people are selling it for. But the said it will come with an 8GB sd card. Well, my order was delay for 3 weeks. They said they were holding it for new firmware update. What I got is the same firmware that were released before I ordered. The sd card is not included. Also the tablet cannot read sdcard at all. So I sent them a few emails. There was no reply. So please, do yourself a favor. Don't expect anything from this company. I confirmed this with other customers as well. They are on this forum as well. And the only thing they do is to talk themselves up but they don't even answer their own customer emails. This is not a legitimate business.Update: I just got a reply for my return request. What a coincident!

Here's my timeline with Enso:8/15 placed order, received automated response8/17 emailed requesting update...no response8/18 emailed requesting update...no response8/19 emailed requesting update...no response8/20 emailed requesting update...response: "We will ship your unit within 24 hours. We are very sorry for the delay but we are trying to cook up a even better ROM because it seems that the previously update one is not working as expected.Sorry again for the delay. You can find on slatedroid.com evidences that we are no scam and we actually do ship products."8/20 My response:I know your company isn't out to steal it's customers money. I just wanted a response on status update of the order. What ROM will this ship with?I am an active member of slatedroid and several members have said the unit received did not have updated ROM. Please provide tracking number ASAP.8/22 Emailed again asking for update...no responseI've continued to email every other day and finally received a response this morning: "Dear Customer,We are very sorry for the delay. We had spent some time in trying to fix the problems that the device had. We had many return requests so we held shipments until we could provide customers with a stable device.All shipments left will be out on 1 September. Thanks for your patienceEnso Staff"

yeah thats a load of crap, seems like enso's story changes from one blog post to the next. Still havent recieved reply to over dozen emails, going to pull the thing to bits and see what can be done

Lets see...I have sent 2 emails in the last week advising that I am interested in buying their product but had a minor question about the firmwear update and still NO reply. This is the first company that didn't reply to an email when you want to buy their product. Amazing & very sad (lack) of customer service.
