I think it's very similar to this problem (common Eken issue?)http://www.slatedroid.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?983-Eken-M003-repairI have put some videos to expose the strange behaviour.Try to turn it on (led power on) and leave your device for few hour in this state, it will boot after a delay (5 or 6 hour for mine)
