It will not, however, work for charging it, as the charging port is next to the ipod port, having it "docked" like this would block the charging port.

By the looks of things it would be easy enough to drill a hole in the plastic base to fit the charge plug through. Though, you would have to make sure that the hole wouldn't go through any circuit boards in the base station, which you took apart and checked before hand of course!

I have asked one the sellers of the Eken M001 if they can get one of the docking stations we all have seen on the youtubevideo from china. I will keep you guys updated

If the docking station from the video isn't available maybe someone (I think me) could make a custom dock. I would make it from a "stylish" wood and incorporate the charger and jackplug connectors so you could charge the Eken and use it as a music player (internet Radio, MP3, etc.).Are there any people interested in a dock like that? I have had the Eken for 1 day now so I don't have anything to show yet ;-)
