Issues and possible workarounds

* Accelerated video playback is supported by MX Player in HW+ mode ( and pretty much every file will play. For a better audio support (included DTS playback) have a look here.
* HDMI shows a picture but it doesn't fill the TV screen entirely (it's a kernel regression introduced with "SDK" 3.x kernels).
* Maybe other things?

Instructions

* You need TWRP to be able to flash this rom and you must have flashed an SDK 3.2 stock rom using "PhoenixSuit" before. Read the linked thread for further instructions.
* Put rom (cm-11-$DATE-UNOFFICIAL-spark.zip) and gapps (gapps-kk44-core-a31.zip) files inside internal or external sdcard.
* Turn on the tablet in recovery mode as explained in TWRP thread.
* If this is your first install select "Factory reset" from "Wipe" menu.
* Flash rom (cm-11-$DATE-UNOFFICIAL-spark.zip), gapps (gapps-kk44-core-a31.zip) and, if you're installing this rom on a device that is not the Spark, the required compatibility zip.
* Now select "Reboot".
* Enjoy CyanogenMod 11!

FAQs

* If your devices doesn't have a volume rocker you can install one of these apps to control volume from the notifications: Volume in notification, TrayVolume
* WiFi now can stay enabled with display turned off. Note that if WiFi is enabled the tablet won't enter deep sleep so if you're more interestead in battery life instead of an always on WiFi change policy (on "Advanced" WiFi settings) from "Always" to "Never".
* Internal memory is mounted at /storage/sdcard0, external sdcard is mounted at /storage/sdcard1 and usb disks are mounted at /storage/usbdisk0.
* If you prefer "stock" (and, IMHO, wrong) look (aka with H*U*G*E icons) flash this zip.

Will try it out. CM 10.2 had issues with 2D rendering (basically problems rendering System UI)and was the main reason i left CM 10.2 for IronMod - hope that is solved with CM 11

technically yes but I strongly discourage you from doing that (I mean it will boot and might even work properly but better safe than sorry), it's a major update and it's better having a clean environment

OK, got it! I suppose using Titanium or Goole back isn't a good idea, either?

PA will never be built again, repos on non nexus branches are a pain and not always synced. Not now, maybe next year after CES when I'll be in Florida and while my bro FLSuperstore sleeps I'll do all these stuff

if google starts bumping versions every 3/4 months I think that people that works for free adding all these extra stuff will get bored... what was the purpose of 4.3 that lasted from (late) July til (early) November?

they will come, you just need patience, it's not that easy

If you want to try it use the Parandroid PA GAPPS 4.4 to avoid many force closes. But there will be still some apps which don't work.
