This is fairly recent tablet...hardly anything out there yet.

Someone knows of a clean rom or root app for this?

Finally got it cracked/figured out today after like a week of work. It was a real hassle to get the rom pre-rooted but all is finally done.

I have dev'd a completely clean and pre-rooted rom for this device. You can grab it directly from here:

This rom is based on the latest stock rom for the device and it seems to be running quite smoothly. All of the chinese stuff has been removed and the unit is fully rooted. I even swapped out the boot logo and animations. Everything is westernized (set to english by default and EST timezone).

Everything runs really smoothly and quickly. First boot after flash takes a few minutes (normal) and subsequent boots are quite fast.

Playstore works perfectly.
