i ordered my m003 from a eBay seller who said fast delivery UK seller so i emailed them last night to See when it had been sent to me so i could be in to collect from the postman. They replied to me saying that it had not been posted as they don't even have it in the UK as there shipment is in customs they say they should have had them in the UK for the 2nd June so i asked for a refund i told them the only reason i was getting it from them as they could post it out fast and if i wanted to wait for one i would have ordered from hong kong for less money so will need to wait and see if i get a refund and if i don't i will name and shame them on the forum

well still no m003 so emailed them today and they said they have just got the stock in and i will get it soon i have told them i want it b4 Thursday or my money back so will just need to wait and see

got it today with a cracked screen when i asked for a full refund the cheeky sods said we will send you ?15 and u can keep the tablet i told them to shove it and wanted a full refund

Do NOT agree to just cancel the transaction. You will get your money back regardless, but if you cancel the entire transaction (and they will ask you!), you give up the ability to leave feedback.

I agreed, just waiting the tablet is arrived or not first within 20days, since I had an experience that the tablet is in custom(China) and was waiting them around 1 month to get it!!!! As i paid by paypal and bought by ebay, they help me to claim this and I left the negative feedback to that seller. as all are the fault of the seller, you have the right to do it.
