If you have installed the Google Experience hack and enabled the market by generating an Android ID on your computer you can now get apps normally not available in your country. I noticed that if I turn on the emulator with the Android ID I put into the PDN and go to the Market any apps I download will also simultaneously download to my PDN if the market is on on the PDN. I was able to get an apps available to only the USA (I am in Thailand) and also bought an app that powers off my PDN that I had to buy from the market (in Thailand you cannot buy apps yet). When I search for the apps on the PDN they are not shown, but on the emulator they are. So all you do is start the emulator and go to the market, search for the apps you want, then go to the market on your PDN and download the apps on the emulator. Watch the PDN and you will see a download start and then both your emulator and PDN will download and install the app. Since the devices both have the same ID, even paid apps that are copy-protected will run on both since the copy-protection uses the Android ID to lock the app to a device.
