Just a wild idea, but would it be possible to connect the tablet to an external screen in order to show the content on a larger display? For example this 21.5" LD220 from Samsung which you can connect with a USB:

If you have one of the telechip Android 2.1 with HDMI tablets then if your monitor or tv supports hdmi then you can display your tablet screen on that. A USB keyboard and mouse definately work so maybe a USB screen will also.
