I just installed Titanium this morning...worrying about all my settings etc with a new firmware looming on the horizon...... Titanium failed to get at root... i.e. It didn't work... But I can verify that balzingwolf's suggestion of letting titanium download busybox for you works perfectly. To get to the screen you select problems? button and get an option to download... You have to be online (of course)... I had to restart titanium a couple of times after the download and install was done but was then able to do my backups..I have not verified that they will reinstall... or that busybox will work for other things... But it certainly was enough to make Titanium happy.
