I never said anything about severe implications either, but far be it from me to underestimate the law and what effects it has on the general public. Some of those same people who never thought they would have any problems with the law downloaded MP3s and were charged and ended up owing hundreds of dollars per song.sp00nz;20513 said:You are not really suggesting that slatedroid.com gets near the traffic as isohunt? I'm not trying to say it isn't illegal. I'm just saying getting everyones feathers ruffled up about piracy won't do or not do anything. I can't imagine MS lawyers are checking slatedroid daily for copyright infringements ( I'm sure they will notice it once google starts linking to this thread ). And like I said before there's nothing about this that would have the slatedroid owner being arrested by a swat team. No kiddos thiese are not the antipiracy busts of the 1996 anymore. They just send threatening letters now.
