Hello, my dropad a8 not charging, when charger is connected, even this on or off, the LED stays green and a little red, the tablet before lit on, which may be the cause?

My Dropad A8 is not charging too. But, when i connected the charger, the lights still off
Seems that the plug from the charger, or de jack from the tablet is the problem.
