This one takes the cake...(Crappy shipping #1)For two and a half weeks I tracked my shipment using the tracking number provided by the seller. My package arrived on May 18, so at that point I no longer viewed the 'Track & Confirm' page... didn't need to anymore.Well, to my amazement, on May 22 I receive an email that my package was delivered... on that day. I just had to check that out!! I click through only to find that the package I had been tracking arrived in Miami, FL on May 22. I live in Knoxville, TN and had my shipment for five days! So, I investigate. Turns out I hadn't discarded the packing slip and it contained a totally different tracking number than what the seller provided. So I put that number onto the webpage, and guess what!? It gives exact details of correct delivery, even including that my daughter had signed for it. Can you believe that?I had been tracking the wrong package for weeks!!Gee, thanks seller.(Crappy shipping #2)Really bad packing.Eken was shipped in it's original box with only a thin coat of bubble-wrap taped around it. No outer shipping box what-so-ever! No solid protection of any kind. And, the Eken box had been squashed a little. Amazingly, the robust device (said in complete jest) was unharmed and functions with the high precision it is known for (again, said with tongue-in-cheek).I work for a company which packs with one to two outer boxes and I guess I expected the same. After all, I had paid $29.00 for shipping and expected something for it.Any other stories to share?
