I too got my A81E on 8/23 and just like you immed. after flashing ( bloody silly word, if you ask me, when I was young many years ago, if I FLASHED I would have been arrested ), when I recalibrated made a mess - just bloody well could NOT do any thing. So after a PRAYER, I did :1 Format card to fat32 with hpusbfw.rar formatter to format sd card (quick format or regular seem to be OK)...Also I used the regular Fat32 on my Windows 7 laptop another time. 2 Copy MLO file first to the SD card3 Then add the other files4 Then insert SD card in W815 Take out battery --the official inst. say. But it was so well jammed, I didn't and it was OK too ! Another member too did this OK ------------------ NOT Necessary6 Plug in AC power cord 7 Hold down left side of volume key - the long rocker, next to Power button9 Press power button at same time10 Wait for boot screen GREEN with the plant to appear first and then "android" word. Then you will see some TEXT appear on the very top which read "Loading file ulmage from SD card writing file ulmage to Nand size=2721740 11.26 AM loading file ubi imgage from SD card writing file ubi to ......11. NOW let go of both buttons.12. Be patient after the loading screen it does tak- 5 Min . +. Remember the most vital part is PRAY ! Just kidding, all will go OK, even I did it 3 times.Good Luck.
