I received the wrong unit from a seller and checking it out. It is Android 1.6 and has Android Market on it. It connects to the market and lists app, but when you try to download one it just says starting download forever and never downloads the app. Is there some security setting somewhere to allow Android Market some permission it needs to work properly?

The market is sometimes just very laid back, so either you chill a little while, or try to reconnect. Sometimes stopping the dl and restarting it also helps speeding marketlife a little bit up.

You will need to do this each time. it's not a one time fix.
