I am trying it on my u9gt5. It has 2 display modes - normal and hd, some chinese apps, default language is chinese. It is faster than my original cube firmware, i didn't test any of your modified roms, so I can't compare. Somehow, the tablet is warmer. It is to soon to evaluate the battery drain.

This ROM is fast and stable, it's not the last water in desert but i think it is a good base for a custom.

Is it possible to mount NAS as a folder and use it as local resource? Could you try it? Root is necessary to do it.

Btw. After power off and on again, the tablet is not warm anymore...

I think they released another ROM
Date same, 22 June, but time diffrent. Maybe they changed something.

It is the same firmware i uploaded to MEGA.

RKBatchTool is working fine with this FW ...

OK, managed to install it.
I got 12 300 in antutu compared to 15 400 earlier.
My wifi feels worse.

My wifi is ok. But i have seen the messages that launcher is not responding. So i installed nova launcher, but there is problem with press and hold. It is not poosible to move the icon, press and hold manages the screen to rotate...

Update: Never mind, I didn't notice that the same link worked on my tablet and downloaded the rooted file.

Yep, the lag now seems to have shifted to over all usage of the tablet. The antutu score is 13870. For sure the issue remains with the graphics firmware/drivers. I've lost all hope now unless someone can try few build.prop and java supercharge script incorporated with in next version. Even with that I doubt of any major improvements. Its best to forget about this tablet ever being like a nexus or even a galaxy.

I'm content though of seeing 4.2.2 on it.
